Any time you make changes to your trust schedules and exhibits, you must sign and date the new documents for them to be valid. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the office.
Schedule A
Schedule A is where all NFA items that the trust owns are listed and is required for all versions of our trusts. This form must be kept up to date at all times.

Schedule B is for non-NFA items and will only work with the Silver and Gold versions of our trusts.

Exhibit 1
Exhibit 1 is our trustee declaration form and is compatible only with the Silver and Gold versions of our trusts. Every trustee when they become the current, acting trustee must sign and date this form.

Exhibit 2 is the remainder beneficiary form and is compatible only with the Silver and Gold versions of our trusts. You may update your beneficiaries at any time and may adjust the percentage that each receives. Remember, you must always have at least one person named for your trust to be valid.
