Amber Hunt
Amber Hunt is an associate attorney in Woodinville, WA, and is licensed to practice in Washington and Colorado. After growing up in Southern Colorado, she attended the University of Colorado- Denver where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Following her bachelor’s degree work, she attended South Texas College of Law in Houston where she was actively involved in community service initiatives including the Houston Food Bank collection drives, the law suits program which provided students with professional clothing for interviews and internships, as well as Harris County “Make it Right” days where individuals were given an opportunity to clear their outstanding bench warrants. In addition to her studies, she also held officer positions in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Criminal Law Society, and Women’s Law Society.
Early in her practice, Amber sought real-world experience in a range of legal fields. She worked as a law clerk for a business immigration firm; held an internship with Harris County District Attorney’s Office, one of the largest DA offices in the country, working on felony cases in district court; then led dozens of cases with the Harris County in the Civil Asset Forfeiture Division; all while volunteering with the Randall O. Sorrels Legal Clinic at South Texas College of Law to help guide Veterans with their post-discharge legal issues.
